These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Inner Edge Trader websites, coaching services, digital materials, and student portal provided by Thonglor & Co. By purchasing or using a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service, including any written offer, checkout terms, invoice, or coaching agreement provided to you.

Educational and coaching services

Inner Edge Trader provides education, coaching, behavioral tools, and performance support. We do not provide personalized investment, brokerage, tax, legal, medical, or licensed mental-health services. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions, risk controls, accounts, and financial outcomes.

Eligibility and account security

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or coaching arrangement in your jurisdiction. Student portal credentials are personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Payments

Prices, payment schedules, renewal terms, and any recurring charges are the terms shown for the specific offer at checkout, on the payment page, invoice, or written agreement. You authorize the applicable payment processor to process the charges you approve.

Scheduling and participation

For coaching services, you are responsible for attending or rescheduling calls in accordance with the booking terms provided to you. Coaching outcomes depend in part on your participation, practice, decisions, circumstances, and application of the material.

Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. Payments for private coaching, mentorship programmes, individual coaching calls, digital courses and other digital products are non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds or a money-back guarantee, except where required by applicable law. This applies whether or not coaching has started, calls have been booked, or materials have been accessed. See our Refund Policy for details. Purchases made before publication of the updated policy remain subject to the terms provided when purchased, including any refund or guarantee expressly offered then. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the videos, worksheets, scripts, frameworks, portal materials, branding, and other content supplied through Inner Edge Trader are owned by or licensed to Thonglor & Co. They are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, republished, sold, shared, recorded, redistributed, or used to create a competing product without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or portal, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security, upload malicious content, scrape private areas, impersonate another person, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

No guarantees

Trading performance, emotional change, discipline, profitability, funding, payouts, account longevity, or any other result is not guaranteed. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and should not be treated as typical or promised outcomes.

Third-party services

Some functions rely on third-party services such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, video hosting, analytics, and external trading or prop-firm platforms. We are not responsible for outages, rule changes, losses, or actions caused by third-party services outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thonglor & Co. is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, prop-firm failures, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions you make based on educational or coaching material. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above shows the most recent version. Material terms for a paid service will also be governed by the offer or agreement applicable when you purchased it.
