Refund Policy

All sales are final. No full or partial refunds. Payments for private coaching, mentorship programmes, individual coaching calls, digital courses and other digital products from Inner Edge Trader are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Private coaching and mentorship

Coaching and mentorship fees are non-refundable whether or not coaching has started, calls have been booked, or the programme has been completed. Cancelling your enrolment, choosing to stop coaching, missing appointments or leaving sessions unused does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.

Individual coaching and clarity calls

Payments for individual coaching calls and clarity calls are non-refundable, including cancellations and missed appointments. If you need to change your appointment, use the rescheduling options provided with your booking where available. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the booking terms provided to you.

Digital courses and products

Digital courses, downloads and other digital products are non-refundable. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Choosing not to access, use or complete the material does not create a right to a refund.

Payment plans

A payment plan spreads the cost of your purchase over an agreed schedule. Instalments already paid are non-refundable. Choosing to stop participating or using the service does not cancel the remaining payment obligations under your agreed plan, subject to applicable law.

Pauses and changes in circumstances

A change of mind, a change in personal circumstances or a decision to stop trading does not create a right to a refund under this policy. A coaching pause or rescheduling arrangement may be agreed in writing where practical. Any such arrangement does not entitle you to a refund for unused sessions or support.

Before you purchase

Please review the service details, price, payment schedule and this policy before paying. If you have questions about whether an offer is suitable for you, contact us before making your purchase. Coaching and educational products do not guarantee trading profits or any particular result.

Earlier purchases and your legal rights

This version applies to purchases made after it is published. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase, including any refund or guarantee expressly offered then.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal right or other remedy, we will honour that requirement.
